Focus Base

Collective

Focus Base began as a late-night bench club between two motor-control engineers who hated PDFs that pretended registers were self-explanatory. Mission line for this build: Organic systems stitched to measurable firmware behavior. We chase operational clarity for firmware teams shipping in Korea and abroad — no mythmaking about “transformation.”

Principles etched into the lab wall

  • Evidence before eloquence — captures beat adjectives.
  • Shared benches, personal notebooks — plagiarism is copying without attribution.
  • Mentors sleep — async windows exist so answers stay kind.
  • Limitations stated plainly — if we skip a topic, we say so in the syllabus header.

February 2024

Documentation sprint added to every cohort — postmortems now graded like code.
