Returns & Refunds — Training Purchases

1. Scope
This policy covers paid training registrations coordinated directly with Focus Base where a written order confirmation identifies KRW pricing. Third-party resellers may apply separate policies.
2. Cooling-off (14 Days)
Where the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce applies and no statutory exception applies, you may withdraw within 14 days from the date of the transaction without giving a reason, provided digital access or bespoke materials have not been delivered in a way that exhausts the cooling-off right.
3. Partial Attendance
If you withdraw after accessing live sessions or downloadable kits beyond the statutory boundary, we may deduct reasonable costs for consumed sessions and shipped consumables, documented in your order correspondence.
4. Non-refundable Items
Custom-fabricated hardware, personalized certificates already issued, and third-party license keys activated on your behalf are generally non-refundable once delivered or redeemed.
5. Process
Email hello@focusbase.digital with your full name, cohort name, and payment reference. We acknowledge within five business days and request any missing evidence once.
6. Timing and Method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days using the original payment path where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable transfer.
7. Cancellations by Focus Base
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date. Exceptions for misconduct-based removals are handled under the General Terms.
8. Consumer Assistance
You may contact the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or use the EU/UK mechanisms only where applicable law grants them — this clause does not limit non-waivable rights.
